Kaycee Looney

Program Director
Kaycee began as a volunteer advocate in 2010. She first joined the staff as a Volunteer Supervisor in 2015 and is now supporting the Volunteer Supervisors as they guide volunteers to be the best advocates they can be. What Kaycee enjoys most about her current role is assisting staff and volunteers to evaluate a wide range of issues in order to provide strong advocacy that puts children’s best interests first.

Tara Herron

Volunteer Supervisor & Hope Court Liaison

Tara became a volunteer advocate in early 2012 and joined the staff in 2016. As our Intake Supervisor and the HOPE Court Liaison, she gathers all necessary information on new cases, does our first face-to-face visit, and keeps everybody up to date on the bi-weekly HOPE Court program.  Her favorite part of her job is when the kids are excited to see her because they know they can count on her.

Angie joined our team as  Volunteer Supervisor & Media Relations in September of 2018.  Her role is to support volunteer advocates in their casework, monitor cases not worked by volunteers, and to manage marketing endeavors and social media. Her main goal with Child Advocates is to ensure each child's best interest is in the forefront of every decision made through the dependency system.

Sarah became a Volunteer Supervisor in September of 2019. Her goal at CCCA  is to support her volunteers in the way that is most helpful to them individually, and to ensure that the best interest of the children on her caseload is discussed in every situation.

Recruiter & Trainer
Veryl became a volunteer Child Advocate in April 2019 and joined the staff a few months later. Her role is to reach out to the community to find new volunteers, bring them in for an initial interview, work with them to complete all necessary paperwork, and engage them in our training classes. Her most important goal is to make a difference in the lives of children.
