In 2025, 209 children received permanency

• 117 children reunited with their parent
• 26 Title 13 Guardianships were established
• 6 youth entered extended foster care
• 32 children were adopted by relatives
• 23 children were adopted by nonrelatives
• 5 children reached permanency by an alternative pathway
